Hello Queen.
I’m Ashton Lynne Rondon
Using The Self-Werk Method™, I have been able to leave behind a survival mindset and the act of prioritizing others before myself. I live intentionally on my own terms and have fulfillment, happiness, abundance, and peace.
For most of my career, I have been fortunate enough to work with millionaires, high-level executives, and managers. I've worked in 35 industries in marketing, event planning, project management, and business operations. I’ve seen what success looks like when you incorporate discipline and get crystal clear on what you want to achieve.
Witnessing varying levels of success has been great because it has allowed me to see people do what has been deemed impossible. Everything we do here at Women Who Werk is rooted in the deep knowledge I’ve acquired, allowing me to support women from various backgrounds in managing life and creating their dream Queendom.
The Self-Werk Method™ has been instrumental in helping me radically transform my life to reflect the legacy I want to create.
I remember a time when if I hit a wall, I would go against the current, working hard to try to make things work the way I thought they should. Believing that I couldn't pivot because that was "giving up" led to burnout, frustration, overwhelm, and anxiety.
Now when things stall, I know it means that I need to pause or pivot and sometimes release things that no longer work. I even know the best solution for me in situations because I'm more in tune with my intuition and Shadow Self.
I've also benefited greatly from deep Shadow Work with the Self-Werk Method™. The pillars have helped me identify what triggers and blocks keep holding me back. I now know what makes me tick, not just on a surface level. I've discovered the strategies I have used to protect myself in the past and reflect on how those coping mechanisms are showing up in my life today.
When sabotaging myself, I can step back, take a breath, decide what the next action should be, and correct an undesirable habit instead of being impulsive (most of the time). Knowing myself on this deep level has been crucial in my ability to take my life to the next level.
Why the Self-Werk Method™ Matters
I founded Women Who Werk in 2015, and during this time, many community members have mentioned they feel stuck in cycles they no longer want to be in anymore. The situation I hear about most is wanting to change, but they need more resources to move to the next level.
I have also found myself stuck in this cycle, and that's why I love the Self-Werk Method™. It can help you take you from that stuck space to a courageous, fulfilled woman by giving you inspiration and a system to go after your life's vision. Once you know what you want, making plans you'll achieve can be easier.
Knowing that you need support is a great place to be, and it's always been my goal for Women Who Werk to provide a roadmap to help you reach your goals faster. The more goals you knock off your list will help you get the momentum to create more space to do what YOU want to do. That's what this W.E.R.K. has done for me, and it can happen for you too.
My Life Before the Self-Werk Method™
Before incorporating the Self-Werk Method™ into my life, I was "successful" by societal means. I worked to survive, which helped me thrive, but not in a way that made my heart flutter. I had created a life where I served others before myself, and I thought pleasing people was the way to live life and true fulfillment. At this time, I wore others' joy and happiness as my own.
The distraction of focusing on others more than myself left me feeling ungrounded, unbalanced, and overwhelmed. Although I still achieved many of my goals over the years, it was hard for me to slow down and appreciate my progress. It was like I was a robot, constantly moving on to the next thing.
Life Using the Self-Werk Method™
By incorporating the Self-Werk Method™, I can accomplish my goals much faster because, at any given time, I know my focus and where I am at in the process. I know what boundaries I need to set to get what I want, and I remain disciplined because I practice self-care more intentionally.
As an overthinker and recovering perfectionist, this method has allowed me to become more flexible with how I get my results. I realize that life is constantly changing, whether I like it or not, so I have to flow with life and not fight it.
I have streamlined my routine and healing journey by breaking my goals into actionable steps. I am more aware of how I'm doing, and when I find myself stuck on a particular process, I can move past these situations relatively quickly.
